BUG: Empty pywikipedia messages

In pwb svn release 10550 a lot of empty messages where exported. Examining this bug in twn I found already empty messages here, e.g. this and all the other ones. The related empty messages also doesn't have an empty translation page, the messages aren't never created; here is a corresponding sample or right-click one of the related empty messages. Regards.
