Transcluded box in wrong language

Screenshot of TWN page Project:News with Ripuarian interface language but inserted box being in some sort of Chinese letters.

As the attached screen shot shows, there seems to be a problem yielding the page Project:News with a transcluded box in another language than the currently set or selected one. Since I remember that we had that in the past already and it was due to a chaching problem, this might be a regression.

Confirmed. It's normal, isn't it? Now that I purged it, it's in Italian (for you too, isn't it?). It's how {{Localized}} works, suggestions?

Maybe installing the Extension:MagicNoCache and putting __NOCACHE__ in the transcluded page would solve the problem?
