Former WMF app now community-maintained, where to crowdsource localization?

Hi there! I may be able to help. It looks like the app was disabled with this changeset. If we restore it but change the repositories, we should be able to make it work, I think. I will take a look, but we will still depend on User:Nike or another TWN committer to review and merge the change.

Provided we resolve any outstanding issues, we should be able to restore translation functionality soon.
