How can I translate a message as the empty string?

The message PROCEDURES DEFNORETURN TITLE ("to") can be the empty string in some languages, such as Hungarian. How can I enter that? I don't seem able to through the translation interface.

Did try saving one space? It will be trimmed to empty string when saving.

I did try that through the translation interface. It doesn't work. Specifically, the blue "Save translation" button remains disabled.

I forgot that. Then the workaround would be to first same something, and then edit it as above. I'll leave this open to see if I can easily allow creation of empty pages.
