Long tags that block the button

When I was translating, I found that if there are some tags that are not needed to translate (e.g. <a>), they will form buttons under the textarea. It's an excellent function, however, when the tag is too long, it may block the save&abort buttons. It may be unconvenient.

There might be a report or two about these issues on Phabricator already.
