The text of this message is "❌ $1 has deleted article $3 Reason: $3" but I suppose the correct text of this message should be: "❌ $1 has deleted article $2 Reason: $3"

There should also be a period (.) after "$2" and before "Reason:", like in other similar messages. This is not the same sentence. (and may be $2 should be between quotation marks, as a deleted page normally would have no visible link to delimit the displayed title). So the English message should be ❌ $1 has deleted article "$2". Reason: $3.

The issue has been solved now.

Except the missing quotation marks (delimiting the title) and the full stop before "Reason:"
