MediaWiki:Tux-empty-list-other-guide

I'm not sure, looking at [1] the previous line tux-empty-list-other ("Nothing to translate") does not have a full stop nor does the group description translate-group-desc-wikimedia-mobile ("[[:MediaWiki:Translate-group-desc-wikimedia-mobile/en]]") (at least this one). From this I would say that the messages shouldn't have a full stop... but I'm not comfortable enough with punctuation grammar (in either English or Swedish) to decide on this one.

I'll happily submit a patch if you think I'm wrong though. In this case I guess the group description(s) should probably also be given full stops.
