Documentation needed for Viewapc-display-no-delete ("Not deleted"). Specifically, is 'not deleted' a description of the current status of something. Or is it a report that something was not deleted. If a report, is it associated with an action to delete (like preview being associated with an action to save a page), or is it just a report at the end of a process.

This message is used instead of a deletion time for a cache entry, identifying that it is still in the cache, i.e. its status is "Not deleted".
