Non-existing message in "Extensions used by Wikimedia"

Hello. Why does this non-existing message appear in the Extensions used by Wikimedia message group?

I tried to delete it and I could not because of the appearance of "Database error"

For now, I've created the Hebrew translation for this message without any content, to make it disappear from the list of untranslated messages used by Wikimedia. I hope this will not cause issues...
