Number of untranslated messages

Here's one that started one or two weeks ago.

I look at the untranslated messages (Figure 1). The MediaWiki group reports 4 untranslated messages.

Expand the group (Figure 2). The count is rather unexpected: 1 + 21 + 9 roughly equals 4.

Open the MediaWiki group (Figure 3). 4 untranslated messages reported, 4 found. Ok!

Open the MediaWiki (most used) group (Figure 4). 1 reported 1 found. Ok!

Open the MediaWiki 1.16 group (Figure 5). 21 reported, 1 found (same as previous).

Open the MediaWiki 1.17 group (Figure 6). 9 reported, 1 found (same as previous).

I can answer at least to the first part: the MediaWiki group doesn't include the groups under it. It can be confusing, since the tree structure does not match the underlying relations between groups.
