It looks as though the "import-group" name is being incorrectly displayed at Special:ListGroupRights. It shows "import" independently of uselang rather than using MediaWiki:Group-import/sv

That's correct, WikimediaMessages extension is not installed here. Raymond, you're the only member of the group: is it really needed? I vote for removing the user group and assigning the rights to staff group if really needed.
I have removed myself from the user group. Gerrit:161209 for removing this user group. Sysop have it still.
