Special:Translate scrolls the page to a random position

Helder, I suspect that without some further debugging/steps to reproduce provided from your side this will hardly ever progress.

Thanks for filing! I thought this was about the new interface though, not the old one? tux=0 is not going to receive bugfixes any longer AFAIK.

Is the new interface just opt-in? Or am I just following the wrong links? (I though I was using whatever was the most recent version of anything here on Translatewiki.net)

You at some point chose to not use the new editor, and we haven't made it mandatory (yet).
