Template:Rights used on Project:Translator is using an image that was deleted a long time ago for some reason. The deletion log gives a link to commons:File:Yes check.svg which is indeed what looks like should be there. However, I thought I've seen that check icon here on Translatewiki before, and I'd think we could use Wikimedia Commons directly here. Anyway, I tried to upload the file again to the same file name but has been unsuccessful. Someone with the knowledge and user rights who could fix this, it is odd that this should have gone unfixed for so long, so I'm wondering if I'm not seeing the whole picture here.
It looks like Instant Commons is broken at the moment. I expect it will be resolved within a few hours. We are running bleeding edge "master HEAD" of MediaWiki, and we often find issues as the first wiki in the world. It's already been reported to the developer that maintains this part of the MediaWiki code.
