Translations to Wuu language in Wikimedia Mobile Apps group should be disabled.

We don't delete translations just because they're unused. I'm not sure what's the policy about locales which phones don't have... phones have so few locales.

i sugget to keep then around for later use. Phone OSes may learn to use more locales, and some people hack them so as to add their favorites :-)
