Wikidata links missing on Welsh wikipedia

The "add links" link is not enabled on any Wikipedia yet. It is being tested. You can see it in action on test2.wikipedia.org. Create an article without interlanguage links and you'll see it. To check it in Welsh, log in and switch your language in the preferences.

The reason it doesn't appear at Hanes y Gymraeg is that the interlanguage link is written inside the article and not stored in Wikidata.
