Siebrand today committed thousands translations to Europeana's repository![1] (And, if I understand correctly, Europeana stopped using their old "competitor" web translator, so collaboration should be easier for translators.)

Correct. Milestone reached. Next is getting the translations actually live on http://www.europeana1914-1918.eu.

i pushed the translations up to the test server. the 1914-1918 team will be back at work on 12 january. once they verify that all is well, we’ll push the translations to acceptance and then production. i’ll post here once that has been done.

thank you all for your patience, time, and hard work on getting these translations sorted out. we really appreciate it!
