Various mwe-upwiz-thanks-explain translations referencing wikipedia?

The English message was changed only two years ago over 3 years from its creation, so it's understandable that some languages still need to be updated. The messages are correctly fuzzied.

I suggest that you send a message to translators-l, commons-l and maybe the Commons village pumps asking to update the outdated translations, there are about 1500: Special:MessageGroupStats/ext-uploadwizard.

Yeah, after opening up the editor for each I see they are marked as fuzzy. The outdated versions thing is understandable.

I'm not that bothered about getting these updated quickly, it's fine.
