Is this message actually used? If it is, its documentation should be updated.

I couldn't find any reference in the code base. Judging by the fact that "Test" is in there, I think this message is leftover from either cheetah proof of concept or developer forgot to remove it.

Will it be removed from twn automatically? How about the existing translations and the documentation? Someone needs to delete them manually, I assume?

The removal of translation should be automatic. I assume the same goes for documentation.

Unused source messages, translations (and documentation) are not removed from the wiki. They are not in the way. On export, non-existing keys are removed from languages other than the source language.

I was asking because currently it still shows up in the translation stats, marking Mifos as incomplete. I'll remove the !!FUZZY!! from this and another Mifos message in the same situation (DataDisplayAndRules.defineLookupOptions.frank ("Frank")), so that the Portuguese Mifos translation gets to 100% :)
