"MFI" is changed to "mfi". Is this intentional? It feel weird.

I have already commented them as !!FUZZY!! in the /qqq help text. Needs confirmation. This is most probably an unintended change in sources by developers.
Note that I translated the English "MFI" (for "micro-finance institution") into "IMF" in French ("institution de microfinance"), and I used a consistant capitalization and translation for "City / District". The English source needs updating.
