This is a complete sentence with should be completed with a full stop. The same applies to ViewOfficeHierarchy.checkthelevelstobeincluded ("Check the levels to be included").

I have created http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-3942 to add a full stop to all complete sentences.
