I've often seen this exactly same sentence in many plugin descs, but I'm always wondering what %1$s is supposed to mean? Is it an URL or the name of the URL-shortener?

See https://identi.ca/main/version. It's the short URL. For example "bit.ly". Isn't that in the translator documentation yet? StatusNet plugins come after the StatusNet core documentation for me. It's a lot of work, and slowly but surely I'll be getting there...
