Why you change "CC BY-SA 2.0" to "CC by-sa 2.0"? I think it's wrong. Am I right?

Why: because changes to the source text can't be made here, thay have to be asked to devs or they'll be eaten like this. If it's correct: I don't know what's the official acronym, both are in use.
