Closing support tickets

Just wondering (based on [1] and [2]) if support ticket should always be closed as soon as there is a gerrit patch or bugzilla ticket (independent on if those are merged/resolved)?

Yes. We use LQT+SMW as issue tracker but we really shouldn't, in an ideal world: as soon as stuff is in someone else's queue we remove it from ours.

If you want to help with support requests, see mw:Gerrit/Navigation#System_messages. Currently the queue is rather low though, no urgency; my plan is to handle it as usual around September 20.
