How to find strings to translate without access to their English version?

I saw that you switched the fallback language for Breton to French. This is a terrible decision for the reasons that were abundantly explained to you by the most active translators, but I was not there. Since this is now done, my problem is: I see a message in French in the MediaWiki interface and want to translate it. How am I supposed to find its English version?
