Updating the Punjabi translation of the Babel extension

I'm very glad to see more Punjabi translators here.

We really need to update the translation of the Babel extension to Punjabi. Babel is the extension that puts the language boxes on your user page.

Please update at this link. Just click on the link near every message that says "!!FUZZY!!", update the translation to match the English version and remove the "!!FUZZY!!" string.
