Group description messages

Regarding your changes to the group description messages in portuguese, as, for example, this edit of Translations:Group_descriptions/mediawikiapi/pt:

1) Not repeating the word "message" at the start of the group descriptions was a deliberate translation choice to avoid the word repetition in portuguese «grupo de mensagens que contém mensagens». This applies to all group description messages.

2) In the case of the specific edit that I linked above, the translation of the name "Action API" as "API operacional" in an intentional translation choice. "API operacional" was adopted in other MediaWiki messages and in other documentation of MediaWiki in portuguese, which you didn't update. So now there's an inconsistency. Besides, the translation has been standardised for ages in the portuguese translation guide, at Portal:Pt/Cheatsheet/pt#action_API. Why would you change it in this message, in portuguese, to "API Action"?
