Translating talk:IHRIS/glossary/LiquidThreads

In the glossary, it was asked to make the relationship and difference between cadre and department clear. However, these are totally different things, that have nothing in common. So I do not understand what relationship/difference is meant.

Apparently I mistakenly thought there was. If there is not, feel free to ignore it :). Thanks for the help so far.

Cadre may also describe the core group of employees in an entity, without miscellaneous staff. Both versions make sense.

The demo of iHRIS Manage provides the context needed which is sometimes missing. It should be a good source to create the glossary: http://hris.capacityproject.org/iHRIS/Manage/ In addition they are using a wiki to document the help http://hris.capacityproject.org/iHRIS/Manage/file/help/index.html which may help us too.
