Event as in "something that happens at a given place and time" or "a special set of circumstances"?

This is used as a column header when the Mantis log is displayed on the screen. This column contains the description of what is being logged (the "event").

So I guess, more like "something that happens at a given place and time"

What is meant here? "Product Build:" as in product version (some languages has translated it into that)? Or the date that the product was launched/created?

That is somewhat specific to system usage, but IMO the intent is closer to "product version"
