nije mi jasno uklanjanje. Mislim da je dovoljno izvora navedeno na MediaWiki talk:November/hr#studenoga.

Vjerujem da si vidio cijelu priloženu temu (thread), gdje je lijepo napisano da je wikipedija na hrvatskome jeziku spremna za tu definiciju zbog najmanje tri razloga:

1) Unicode CLDR Ver. 26 (2014-09-17 12:22:18 GMT) defined studenoga:

2) Croatian Wikipedia is fully prepared for this change, since these 81 changes were made (7 November 2015 from 16:58:52 until 17:06:32):
