Reported as bug 48634.

These message documentations are unclear. Are they about action link texts, as the 2nd line in each of them suggests? Is the number of subpages/redirects shown somewhere around the messages? If the latter was true, they needed PLURAL support.

Yes, it's a link; the number is in the next column of the table, see e.g. [1].
