Changes to Special:SupportedLanguages

My first thought was: my eyes hurt. My second thought was: cool. It makes the page more interesting for the general visitor. I like that you can tell at a glance whether a user is active or not. The collection of language names of different sizes also looks nice except that you now have to scroll down a long way to get to the list.
The links from the language names at the top don't always work - are these for languages without translators?
