Namespaces in pt

Namespaces "Usuário" and "Usuário_Discussão" are pt-br. In pt, they should be "Utilizador" and "Utilizador_Discussão". Could you please place the pt ones into pt and ensure they are used by default, even if the others are allowed?

Actually, on my own defense, the screen of my portable makes it hard to distinguish dark green from black on daylight. So, I hadn't even noticed the greeny thingies, only looked at the other red thingies and there's the technical explanation!
