About Mifos:X-label.input.Lein/en and related messages using the "lein" or "lien" term in English

This isolated term "Lein" is unexplained. I did not find any definition anywhere.

All I find is a proper name hold by some less known persons on the web, or a term related to breakfast meal, or two small river names in Germany, or a mountain pass in Switzerland. All extremely unlikely in this unspecified context (where the message name does not even give any hint).

Is that a local brand/trademark? I doubt it is translatable as is (and if this is an acronym part of a local/specialized jargon, but then it should be explicited as I do not find any other reference; may be only the explicitation is translatable, and may be it uses a very different acronym or abreviation in other languages).

Or may be this is just a typo? "Lein" for "Line" (which would also be ambiguous without qualification: a "line of credit"? or an input line, a line of text, a line number?) or for "Lien" (French term for "Link")?

Please EXPLAIN the message in Mifos:X-label.input.Lein/qqq or FIX IT in Mifos:X-label.input.Lein/en.
