This message documentation is absolutely cryptic. Please make it useful.

This string is used to display a dialog box to the user informing that they have met one of the native tribes for the first time. I'm not sure how else to make this more descriptive than that.

I think the unclarity arises from that "YYYY": it's not clear where the translator should follow such a format. Probably that was about an older version of the message, so I removed it and I added your additional explanation (please check). Thanks.
