Perhaps "Main Page" should be changed to the interface message defining main page?

hmm. it probably needs updating not just the message but it should be done imho. e.g. in Chinese project it would be silly to run api requests against "Main page".
I fully agree with you for all the API messages of this kind. But you need to be aware:
- is this pure formal, or
- is this semantic / meaningwise?
Makers say, it was formal only, an they argue that only tech savvy people see these sort of messages anyways, and that these almost always understand English well enough to accept English samples.
I trust them but I am not really convinced. I believe having more culturally embedded samples would not hurt. But it is beyond my scope of influence to even scratch the decision ;-)
