Ok, I'm in doubt when it comes to MediaWiki:Donate interface-first/nb, MediaWiki:Donate interface-middle/nb and MediaWiki:Donate interface-last/nb. On the first message, there is a notification: "Refers to first name, and can be translated as 'first name' if needed". On the other two, there are no such message, but I assume it applies to those as well? In Norwegian, a translation of just "first", "middle" and "last" doesn't make sense when refering to names.

Got an answer from WMF. All three fields are for inputting a name into the 'personal information fields' on an online form. You can use 'first name', 'middle name', 'last name', or whatever other terms are usual in Norwegian. Documentation updated.
