The message remains untranslatable. What to do?

At least an English explanation is needed. Currently, there are 9 terms/words/abbrs (50%) not understood by me and not in dictionaries.

"… or something" is imho a colloquialism that should not be used in message texts anyways.

I do not understand "EA & SEA countries" either. I also doubt that countries are of any relevance here. We talk about languages, not countries.
