The messages cologneblue-desc ("A lightweight skin with minimal formatting")/skinname-cologneblue ("Cologne Blue") and modern-desc ("A blue/gray skin with sidebar and top bar. Derived from MonoBook")/skinname-modern ("Modern") are not translatable, but used on wmf wikis. It is possible to add these to the list of extensions/skins? Thanks.

mediawiki/skins/* are not supported by Translate yet, bugzilla:65040; patches welcome, as AFAICS there will be no Translate development resources before September at the earliest.
