Could you omit updating languages where there are no changes?

When updating on Github, would it be possible to not touch language files where there are no changes to messages? They don't really hurt but without them it would make it easier to review the changes, and statistics and history would be cleaner. In this update f.ex. only 2 of 34 changed files had any real changes.

We have --hours switch for our export script export.php. It is currently not in use. Siebrand: if you are exporting on regular intervals, you could add this switch to the script.
