Identical messages in OpenLayers

These two messages are identical in English:

• BoundsAddError ("You must pass both x and y values to the add function.")
• PixelAddError ("You must pass both x and y values to the add function.")

Should they be identical?

Duplication is a Good Thing, not a bad thing.

Some translations differ from one another.
