Bug to be filed against Translate?

When we ask for a list of messages in a language, we may get the hint:

This language code should remain unused. Localise in $1 please.

It appears not to appear when trying to add a message following a direct link, or after typing an URL. I believe, it would be good to have it on translation pages of individual messages as well.

Sure. Unfortunately MediaWiki makes that harder than necessary to implement.
