If the change is not in the code but only here on the wiki, you can just revert yourself.
The change is not in the code, but there is no save button, I see message "viewsourcetext", even as sysop.
Rollback button works for me, doesn't it work for you? Maybe the "translate-manage" permission gives me some extra power.
