Hi I have noticed that this Babel message is not listed here. Can you help me with finding comprehensive list of messages of specific group. I mean how for example Georgian and Japanese translators knew that this and this messages needed to be translated?

It's marked as an optional message. I'd say it's a configuration message that should only be defined in the wikies using Babel extension.
