In the meantime, you can write a MessagesGcr.php file (french example).
If nobody else answers here, you may open a Phabricator task with "MediaWiki-Internationalization" tag.

To write MessageGcr file, you only have to replace French translations after arrows (=>) by Creole translations. For example, the first variable corresponds to namespaces.
The second variable is aliases and can be empty, like this: $namespaceAliases = [ ];.

I only wanted to advise you to prepare this file. You can for example create it as a local file on your computer or as a wiki subpage of Gcr portal. A developer will post your file when it will be time, don’t worry. ;)
