But it's a deliberate one: this work should have its name italicized. There isn't anything wrong with that. I guess you could say it is not normal, sure but no grounds for blocking.

You change another user's page. You create a message for 'ha' which you don't seem to speak/write. That's strange for me.

Again, not sure how that's strange--the userpage included non-existent ISO codes and the category structure for ha didn't exist yet. Is it a problem to add it?
