[[Translatewiki.net_languages]]

I have changed the link on Special:SupportedLanguages from Translating:Process to Translatewiki.net_languages. The link is on the site-specific summary and so it is only visible to visitors who have English as their interface language. Is there a way to make this visible to others?

Aren't language fallbacks working?

I have tried the page in Firefox 13.0.1 and Firefox 14.0.1 for all 4 skins and in internet explorer also. The messages supportedlanguages-summary and supportedlanguages-colorlegend always appear, but the supportedlanguages-localsummary appears in the English interface only (tested for cy and sw).
