Translator rights
I have a new user who's going to request to become a translator, but new-create-account (with email is confirmed) user can't edit or touch anything here, how could be granted translator rights? Please help and guide me.
They should still be able to add a message on Project:Translator. If not, just tell me the username here.
Hello Nemo, the username is User:Rémy Lee, signed up and confirmed email, but can't be able to touch anything, including this Support page and Project translator.
That's because he didn't have a real account, only a "sandbox" account: if it was not clear he could/had to make some translations, it would be useful to report his experience (we have no idea how many users we're losing by restricting account creation, also because none speaks up). Anyway, approved the account now.
