Unidentified "things" in translate interface

Unidentified "things" in translate interface

I recently found four markings in translate interface, I am unable to identify the use of them. No tooltips available on those items. Probable related keys (1,2, up arrow, down arrow) have no effect. These items slightly change position on scrolling. Screenshot uploaded. I am just curious.

The note on bottom of the editor says in English: Press "CTRL-ENTER" to confirm and move to the next message, "ALT-SHIFT-D" to skip, "ALT-SHIFT-B" to provide summary or hold "ALT" to see other shortcuts.

Those shortcuts are used like ALT-1, ALT-DownArrow.
