I want to know where can I translate term use on Wiktionary.

I'm not sure what is the question.

Do you want to add a translation of a word in Wiktionary? Which edition of Wiktionary? (You can simply post a URL here, and I'll be able to help.)

I have translated a number or terms that appear at Sindhi Wikipedia but not on Sindhi Wiktionary that's why I'm confused.

Do you want translate system of Wiktionary? If yes, you can translate MediaWiki system. MediaWiki sytem is used also in Wikipedia, Translatewiki.net...
