Is this tool alive?

https://tools.wmflabs.org/crosswatch/ is the URL on the page, but it doesn't work. User:Nemo, any idea?

I'm not sure about the tool hosted on Toolforge (cf. phab:T144083), but I see the code is used elsewhere as well: phab:T217509.
